Electrostatic Spray Deposition (ESD) means that the charge in each paint particle is drawn to the metal object, almost like a magnet. After the metal has been sprayed, we bake the object in our custom oven at temperatures of up to 200° to cure the paint. This ensures the coating is crack, chemical and corrosion resistant.
